Chef Katie Chin (daughter of Leeann Chin) is coming to the Twin Cities! Join us for a special event featuring a live cooking demonstration (dumplings—yum!), an interactive Q&A, and a cookbook signing. Katie will share her culinary expertise, personal stories, and passion for honoring her mother’s legacy through food and storytelling.
Attendees will also learn more about the upcoming four-show run of her acclaimed one-woman performance, Holy Shiitake! A Wok Star Is Born—a heartfelt, funny, and moving love letter to her late mother—taking place at the Minnesota History Center February 5th-7th.
