All event rentals include access to the selected event space, Wi-Fi, A/V equipment (additional fees may apply), flexible furniture arrangements (additional fees may apply), and free on-site parking for hosts and guests.

One staff member is included to assist with setup, support throughout the event, and cleanup. Additional staff is available for an added fee.

Outside catering is welcome as we do not provide catering services. Alcohol is permitted with a licensed bartender on site.

ModernWell Wayzata is a beautifully designed, fully ADA-accessible, single-floor venue with a capacity of up to 100 guests. The space features natural light, flexible layout options, and access to an outdoor patio—perfect for events of all kinds.

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event are fully refundable, minus a 5% processing fee. Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days in advance will be refunded 75% of the rental fee, minus a 5% processing fee. Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days in advance will be refunded 50% of the rental fee, minus a 5% processing fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
