Our spaces provide contemporary and flexible environments ideal for corporate meetings, professional events, creative workshops, and private celebrations. Our ModernWell team delivers outstanding service to make sure your event is successful and unforgettable.

We offer our spaces for event rentals on weekends and after 5:00 PM on weekdays. If you're looking for a venue to host a smaller gathering, such as a team meeting during work hours, you can check out our Book a Meeting page.

  • All event rentals include access to the selected event space, Wi-Fi, A/V equipment, flexible furniture arrangements (additional fees may apply), and free on-site parking for hosts and guests.

    One staff member is included to assist with setup, support throughout the event, and cleanup. Additional staff is available for an added fee.

    Outside catering is welcome as we do not provide catering services. Alcohol is permitted with a licensed bartender on site.

  • Full Venue: 5,200 sq ft | Main + Lower Levels

    Main Level: 3,500 sq ft | Full natural light, patio access, flexible layout, A/V equipped

    Lower Level: 1,000 sq ft | Private, flexible setup, A/V equipped (stairs only)

    A/V & Amenities:
    Large monitors with screen sharing capabilities (HDMI), Sonos speakers, Bose speaker, and microphones

    Please note: The lower level is only accessible by stairs. For accessible accommodations, we recommend reserving our Main Level.

  • ModernWell Wayzata is a beautifully designed, fully ADA-accessible, single-floor venue with a capacity of up to 100 guests. The space features natural light, flexible layout options, and access to an outdoor patio—perfect for events of all kinds.

    Full Venue: 2,500 sq ft | Single-Level Space

    A/V & Amenities:
    Equipped with large monitors (HDMI compatible), Sonos and Bose speakers, microphones, and screen-sharing capabilities to support a wide range of event needs.

  • Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event are fully refundable, minus a 5% processing fee. Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days in advance will be refunded 75% of the rental fee, minus a 5% processing fee. Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days in advance will be refunded 50% of the rental fee, minus a 5% processing fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
